LL.M. Law for Leadership in the Central European Context
MODERN AND UNIQUE CONTENT IN CENTRAL EUROPE
The internationally recognised LL.M. Law for Leadership in the Central European Context is a four-semester postgraduate programme designed for those who work or intend to work in the Central European region in the positions of corporate executives, members of corporate bodies, assistant managers of (supra-)national companies, senior managers in ministerial and parliamentary departments or public administration bodies. The programme provides participants with the basic theoretical knowledge and practical skills (especially) in law, management, and language to perform a variety of management-related tasks. The study programme is unique in the fact that the courses are taught in German and English and they focus on the Czech, Austrian, and Slovak legal systems; however, EU law is not left aside. The common legal traditions, similarities and differences, and the similarity of the legal systems in Central Europe are also taken into account.
INNOVATIVE TEACHING METHODS THAT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE NEEDS OF BUSY EXPERTS
The programme is taught using the latest teaching methods in a way that reflects the time availability and high workload of participants. The studies are therefore conducted in a way that allows for distributing the workload. Teaching is carried out at several levels - in person, through distance learning, and through self-study with the guidance of a teacher. The combination of distance and face-to-face learning allows for the maximum use of the advantages of both methods. The number of participants in the programme is limited, so every participant receives individual attention.
