How to apply

Check your eligibility for the study programme

To begin the studies, you must have:

• a university degree (legal or non-legal)
• time capacity and positive motivation to study
• adequate intellectual knowledge and analytical thinking

The application is submitted electronically via the Masaryk University Information System.

The applicant must attach the following:

• structured CV
• cover letter
• a copy of a higher education diploma (not required for Masaryk University graduates)

If you have filled in the application form and attachments correctly and meet the prerequisites for the studies, you will receive a confirmation of acceptance of your application. If your application is incomplete, we will contact you.

After evaluating your application and the interview, we will send you a decision on whether or not you will be admitted to the LL.M. programme.

If you are accepted, we will send you organizational instructions regarding the beginning of your studies. 
In case of non-acceptance, you may request a review of the decision by the Dean of the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University.

Before beginning the studies, we will sign a contract with you for the participation in the internationally recognized study programme and ask you to pay the first instalment of the tuition fee.
